Joining Process

To start the cooperation with CEEOL,
please follow the steps listed below: |

Step

Register
as a contributor with C.E.E.O.L. |

We will regard your registration as an expression
of interest and will contact you immediately after having received
the data you submit.
Some basic information about the C.E.E.O.L.
project can be downloaded as a prospect file in English from here:

Step 2 of 5 |
Submit some PDF samples |
|

Producing article files (PDF) for the electronic
edition of your periodical is the very basis of your participation
in C.E.E.O.L. Therefore the person who is producing the pre-print
file of your periodical, plays a key role.
To test the applicability of PDF files which
can be drawn from this pre-print version, you may send us some
PDF samples as an email attachment to  |

Step 3 of 5 |
C.E.E.O.L.´s representative will provide you the draft contract for cooperation between editors and C.E.E.O.L. |

Step
4 of 5 |
Getting familiar with the
process of bibliographic indexing |
 |

In order to get the articles of your periodical
listed in the C.E.E.O.L. catalog, bibliographic data must be registered
in a client database on the C.E.E.O.L. catalog server.
Therefore, each editor is provided with our
CEEOL Client software, which you will receive after we have received
your registration from Step 1.
If you do not want to wait for the shipment
of the CD-ROM containing the CEEOL Client Setup Kit, you may download
it directly from here:

The Setup Kit is a 9.5 MB file to be installed on your PC. CEEOL Client
runs on any Windows version from Win95 on and higher. |
